As a part of our succession plan, the following organization change is being announced in the Human Resources function.

We are pleased to announce that Felicia Nelson has joined Sigma in the position of Executive Vice President & Global Chief Human Resources Officer, effective 2nd Mar 2020.

Felicia has over 30 years of experience in Human Resource Development. She has successfully served in leading organizations including IBM, THE O’CONNOR GROUP, EPPENDORF INCORPORATED; her last organization was at AHLSTROM-MUNKSJÖ NONWOVENS LLC. Her wide HR experience across the globe in  US, Europe & India, has been across Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Diversity, Sustainability, Branding Initiatives, M&A, Labor Negotiations and Employee Relations etc.

Felicia will report to Viren Joshi, CEO & President.

Additionally, she will have a direct working relationship with HR leaders & Business Unit leaders  at Sigma Mexico, Avalon, and Tooling Dynamics.

Felicia completed her science graduation, has majored in Human Resources, and holds senior and global HR professional certifications from HRCI and the Society of Human Resources Management and also completed Master of Business Administration from NY. She is married for 24 years to her wonderful husband, Paul, and they have a son and daughter. She will be relocating from Connecticut to Raleigh, NC.

We are excited to have Felicia on-board in this senior role; her in-depth experience will immensely help us in execution of our growth plans and strategic initiatives.
