Position: Maintenance Manager

Job Description and Summary:

We are looking for a maintenance manager to oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the Company's facilities and assets. You will be the one to ensure that your colleagues have the best physical resources available to complete their duties.

Maintenance manager will have a solid understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic machines as well as machine shop maintenance but not limited to. They will be well-versed in all maintenance process and health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also have aptitude in undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting etc.

The goal is to ensure the company facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support the company’s business operations.

 Responsibilities:

  • Experience of troubleshooting of foundry equipment like induction furnace, moulding machine, sand plant,shot blast, core shooter, press machines and so on.
  • Good knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and mechanical drawings
  • Knowledge of machine shop manintenance like CNC, VMC, and SPM machines
  • Maintaining all equipment in healthy condition for maximum output / productivity
  • To prepare and implement PM plan in consultation with plant manager
  • co-ordinating with all plant heads to update equipment status and report it to head maintenance
  • Arrange meetings to resolve and have preventive actions for identifies issues and handle large team of engineers.
  • Implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 in given areas
  • Arranging and maintaining spares backup for all equipment for uptime maintenance
  • Implementation of new policies as directed by head maintenance. 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • BE/B Tech or Diploma in mechanical engineering is must
  • Minimum 8-10 years of foundry maintenance experience
  • Exposure to man management / supervision
  • Provide guidance to people reporting and ensure their development in coordination with HR and be able to lead a team of young professionals. 
  • Experience in foundry industry, auto line furnaces, TPM, hydraulics, pneumatic, CNC, VMV, and SPM machines

Position: Deputy Manager/ Manager – Imports

Location: Chakan, Pune, India

Job Description and Summary:

Handling of import procurement from planning to execution for bought-out components, consumables, capital goods and spares including logistics management and commercials.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement planning for bought-outs and consumables for imported parts
  • Manage procurement of capital goods and spares as per requirement
  • Logistic management and co-ordination with various shipping companies, freight forwarders
  • Manage co-ordination with commercial, logistics and finance team
  • Manage development of new parts / new suppliers
  • Handling and leading execution of various projects for cost, quality and delivery improvement
  • Resolve supplier and supplies related issues if any

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any faculty of Engineering
  • PG Diploma in International Trade - preferred
  • Candidate should have minimum 4-6 years of hands on experience in overseas procurement, import management, international trade, EXIM, Supplier development, project management
  • Candidate with metal / commodity procurement experience will be preferred
  • Candidate should be conversant with 5s and Kaizen
  • Conversant with ISO, OHSAS standards
  • Experience of working in Export Oriented Unit (EOU) Company is preferred

To be part of the worldwide finance team and responsible for accounting and auditing. Responsible for analysing the result for worldwide. The position reports to Manager Finance, worldwide team.  

Responsibilities:

The core responsibilities for this position are-

  • Ensuring monthly finalization of the consolidated accounts, worldwide and India
  • Analyzing the monthly results and NWC
  • Analyzing the Budget vis-a-vis Actual and reporting for variances
  • Supporting the audit and ensuring timely completing of audit and accounts
  • Roll out the various financial policies and procedures and ensuring statutory compliance
  • Consolidation of the India as per Indian GAAP and worldwide financials for the GroupUS GAAP
  • Handling the AP and AR function of US location
  • Ensuring effective internal financial controls

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing companies or MNCs.
  • Candidate should have experience in working with US GAAP/India GAAP.
  • Experience of dealing with auditors, statutory as well as internal auditors.
  • Should be able to lead a team of young professionals.
